Pay Scale: Initially recruitment will be on purely temporary basis on Fixed Pay as per terms and conditions as applicable to the TSECL Employees of such category. After completion of 5(five) years continuous satisfactory service they may be regularized in the scale of PB-2, Rs.5310-24000/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- Plus allowances as admissible to the employees working under TSECL in the said scale.

Educational Qualification:
Assistant Manager -> Candidates should have a BE/B. Experience in inspection and project activities is desirable.
Management Trainee -> -> Candidates should have a BE/B. Tech or AMIE or equivalent in the Electronics Engineering discipline with minimum 55% marks. Knowledge of basic plant automation methods.
