Ssc junior engineer examination will be held in two parts -

First paper of 500 marks which will be written. This paper will be of objective type.Interviews second paper will be of 100 marks.

1st Part / Stage - 500 Marks
1st Paper - Written (Objective) - 2 Hours 
General Intelligence / Reasoning 50 Marks
General Awareness - 50 Marks
General Engineering - 100 Marks 

2nd Paper - Written (Conventional)
General Engineering - 300 Marks  - 2 Hours

2nd Part / Stage - 100 Marks 
Interview - 100 Marks
