Educational Qualification:
General Manager (Technical) -> Graduate in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution in India or abroad. Experience - (i) Experience of at least 15 Years in the Building Construction sector in India/abroad. (For Contract) or (ii) working in the same rank or at least 7 Years works experience in the rank    of Executive Engineer in the Govt. Sector (For Deputation).
Asst. General Manager (Finance) -> C.A. Inter/MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution in India/Abroad. Experience - (i) Experience of at least 1 year in the Accounting, Auditing & Financial Management in India/Abroad if CA (Intermediate) or Minimum 2 years of experience if MBA (Finance) for contract (ii) Experience at least 3 years in Finance in the G.Pof Rs.5400 or above.
Asst. General Manager (Technical) -> Graduate in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution in India or abroad. Experience - (i) Experience of at least 5 years in  the  building construction sector in India /abroad (for contract); or (ii) as an officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer in the Govt.      Sector, who has worked not above 12 years (for deputation).
Accountant cum cashier -> MBA (Finance)/ Bachelor of Commerce. Experience - (i) 2 years experience in the same field as accountant/ cashier(For contract) or (ii) equivalent G.P. or in the G.P. Rs. 2,400/- or above with 5 years of works experience (For deputation).
Steno -> Graduate in any discipline. 1-2 years of experience in the field of short hand (Hindi/English).
Office Assistant cum Computer Operator -> Graduate degree from a recognized university having    DCA or Diploma in Computer. Experience - 3 Years work experience in Computer field/Office Assistant.

Name of the Post: Village Administrative Officer (VAO) [Grama Nirvaga Aluvalar] in Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service (Code No.050)
Educational Qualification: Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification viz. Must have passed S.S.L.C (Matriculation - 10th Class) Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies (or) to College Courses of studies. Candidates should possess knowledge of Tamil.
Age Limit: Minimum Age - 21 Years; Age Limit 40 Years for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and DWs of all Castes; 30 Years for Others (General).

The other will contain questions on General Studies (75 items), Basics of Village Administration (25 items), Aptitude & Mental Ability Test (20 items) and General English (80 items).
Subject: Single Paper in the following subjects in SSLC standard General studies (75items) + Basics of Village Administration (25 items) + Aptitude & Mental Ability Test (20 items) + General Tamil / General English (80 items) Total (200 items)
Duration of Examination: 3 Hours
Maximum Marks: 300
Minimum Qualifying Marks for Selection: 90
Application Fee:  Rs.125/- (Examination Fee Rs.75/- + Cost of Application Rs.50/-). Candidates claiming exemption from examination fee should pay Rs.50/- towards Application Cost. (No exemption for cost of application). Those who have registered in the one time registration system and paid the registration fee of Rs.50/- and received the registration ID need not pay the application fee i.e. Rs.50/- and it is enough to pay the examination fee alone.
